Processing Times All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Custom and embroidered orders may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the design and order quantity. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a follow-up notification when your order has shipped. If we anticipate a delay, we will reach out to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your notification.

Bulk & Large Orders For team, corporate, or large quantity orders, shipping timelines and rates may vary. Please contact us at info@itschalk.com before placing a large order so we can provide you with an accurate timeline and shipping quote.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@itschalk.comwithin 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right for you.

Local Pickup Local pickup is available by appointment. If you'd like to arrange a pickup, please contact us at info@itschalk.com to schedule a time.
